My name is Tina, and I'm organizing the Family Dance. Last year we all had a fabulous time, so I hope you are available and excited to attend and lend a hand....as the saying goes, many hands make light work!

The Family Dance is set for Thursday February 22, 2018 - 6:00PM-8:00PM. We're going with a Formal Theme.
Here are the volunteer positions I need for the event:
Set Up - 4 volunteers to meet me at the school at 2:45 to do table set up and decorations (1.5 hour max)
Take down/clean up - 4-6 volunteers to stay at the end of the dance to put tables back, gather decorations, and general clean up (30 minutes max)
Registration Table - 4 volunteers to check families in at 5:45-7:00 (45mins-1.25 hours)
Concession Tables - 2 volunteers per hour to lead the 2 concession tables (assisting the grade 6 students who will also be working the tables) (1 hour - 6-7:00 or 7-8:00)
Candy Guess & 50/50 table - 1 volunteer per hour to lead the sales of Guess tickets and 50/50 tickets (45min-1 hour 6-6:45 or 6:45-7:45)
Hall Monitors - 4 volunteers working 30 minute shifts (1 volunteer per shift) to ensure no one is wandering the halls beyond the washroom areas along the Kindergarten/Grade 2 halls.
